tinychat.com is the simplest and easiest way to make a chatroom. i have tried many other sites and most of them require codes and are very hard to make. tinychat.com and meebo.com in my opinion are the best chat websites out there. i do not recommend aim chat for many reasons like

how to watch tv on a computer
there are many way to watch tv online. tvu player is one of the best. it is free and has several channels but one thing you should know is most of them are internet channels from website. about 50 channels are tv channels and it can do all that a DVR can do (play record ect.) you can find tvu player at here.
